While we haven't used the product, yet. I must say a few words. Looking online for a disposable dinnerware that was both beautiful and elegant was tough. Then, we found this one. It was a little more than what I wanted to spend, but still reasonably priced and I couldn't get this product off my mind. I wanted it for the event. So, I clicked away-lol! We ordered the plates, Champagne and goblets. Upon receiving the beautiful set, I became more eager for the event to come. It's absolutely beautiful! I was very impressed with how fast the shipment came in. One of the Champagne glasses base came broken. I immediately contacted the vendor. It was over the weekend, but they promptly responded the very next business day. I sent them a picture of the unopened pack and they rushed out a replacement. Fast shipping and very easy to deal with. Beautiful products, too. This company is highly recommended and two thumbs up 😊
