Shipping Policy

Posh Setting Offers FREE Standard shipping for all orders over $89!*

Standard:*  Delivery within 3-5 business daysOrders are Shipped with UPS Ground and or USPS Priority Mail

Expedited: Delivery within 1-3 business days

(Shipping charges for smaller orders will be calculated at checkout. We keep the shipping as low as possible!)

*If items are returned, and less than $100 of the order is kept, the outbound shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Note outbound shipping fee is the actual cost for us to ship your order to you. If more then 50% of the order is returned, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. If shipment is marked as delivered but was not received, you must contact us within 7 days for us to open an inquiry with the delivery carrier.

Order Fulfillment Policy

  • Shipping Schedule:
    We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding legal holidays or exceptions noted on our website.
    Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM will be shipped on the next business day, typically Monday.
    Expedited shipping selected during checkout may require an additional day for handling.
  • Special Accommodations:
    If you need special accommodations for delivery timing or have specific instructions, please reach out to us at info@poshsetting.com before placing your order. We are here to assist you.
  • Address Accuracy:
    It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during the order process is accurate. Posh Setting cannot take responsibility for orders that were shipped to the address on the order but were sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In such cases, refunds will not be issued, and if the order is returned, the shipping cost cannot be refunded.
  • Shipping Delays:
    Posh Setting is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
    We regret that we cannot refund paid or upgraded shipping charges for shipments delayed due to carrier-related issues beyond our control.
  • Tracking Information:
    Upon shipping your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • Communication:
    Transparent and timely communication is a priority. In the event of unexpected issues or anticipated delays with your order, we will proactively reach out to keep you informed.
  • International Shipping:
    For international orders, please be aware that additional shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes may apply. The recipient is responsible for these charges.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. It is the responsibility of the buyer to either decline acceptance of the package upon delivery attempt or to arrange for the return of the order at their own expense.

Return Policy

Life is hectic - especially when you're planning a party or celebration.

That's why we offer a generous 45 day return policy from the date of purchase.

Please email us directly to process your return: info@poshsetting.com. As long as the packaging is unopened and the products are in good condition, we’ll gladly accept your return and refund your payment. Since we’re a small, independent business, we are not able to offer to cover return shipping costs at this time. But don’t worry - we’re 99% sure you’ll love the product and this won’t apply to you!

*If you'd like to order a large quantity of a single item, we recommend ordering a sample first to ensure that the item meets your needs. This helps us avoid return and restocking fees.

*We do not accept returns on Holiday Specific items.

Refund Policy

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 2 business days. Please treat our lovely products gently and package them well!
