I ordered this product through the Shop app which saved the last ship to address that I’d used. It was sent to a friend. It was a gift. I forgot to change the address back to myself. That was all my fault.
I called asking what I could do to get a new order sent to me. The lady said she’d get back to me. She didn’t.
I called the next day and she said there was nothing she could do. I asked if I could get a return label. She said I could. She said it would cost me. I said okay. The plan was to overnight a new order to me and return the first order back to her.
Shipping overnight would be $94. So I decided just to return the plates. No one sent me a return label or called me back.
I would gladly rectify my mistake but couldn’t get anyone to help me. For that reason, I won’t use them again.
