Color not as pictured

The "Wood" plates looked like a nice wood look on my computer but they are actually goldish in person and couldn't use since it didn't match the motif. I had bought the matching flatware with it but did not use either since they didn't match the plates. Best way to contact customer service is through their WhatsApp number, they quickly issued me a return but shipping cost is deducted which is not so cheap. Everything else I ordered from was beautiful and arrived quickly.
